All software products that you directly purchased from BarcodeLib.com come with a 45-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee. To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you adhere to the following instructions.


How Can I Return Software for a Refund?
  • Return the software within 45 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a copy of your original invoice that we sent to you when you purchased.
  • Provide complete order information, including date of purchase, email account made the payment, and payment method you used.
  • Provide a brief description why you need to refund the software.
  • Deactivate and uninstall the software from your computers and any storage devices and delete any backup copies.
  • BarcodeLib.com releases PayPal refunds within 10 business days from the time of confirming your request. For other form of refunds, please contact us.
  • Failure to include all the required information may result in a delay in the processing of your refund.
